Florent Malouda Scores for Chelsea. Except Not Really.
Speaking of club-related feats for France players, thought you might enjoy this clip from Saturday’s FA Cup, which was eventually won 2-0 2-1 by Chelsea, including our boys Nicolas Anelka and Florent Malouda.
Watch this clip of a Malouda strike and tell me it shouldn’t have been 3-0.
(But isn’t the video indicative of how our Flo finished the season, i.e. in top form?)

He did play an exceptional game and has vastly improved in the second half of the season. On another note, the game ended 2-1 mate, not 2-0. Peace.
P.s.: The ball was most definitely over the line and the game should have ended 3-1.

Yeah he got robbed. He’s still riding that wave of confidence. It’s been awhile since I’ve seen him making penetrating runs and causing any real worry for defenders.

Arg, John, you are so right. (And I’m an Everton fan, too. Or at least a Howard, Cahill and Fellaini fan.) In my defense, I overslept and missed the first half hour of the game, and thus missed all the goals but the Lampard one.
Oh, and the Malouda one.
Going in to fix now.

well this go’s to show that coaches can make players shit. under scolari he was absolute shit and didn’t play damn thing. under guus hiddink, he ignited his confidence and made him a regular and plays outstanding football. same thing with our boy anelka, remember him under grant, he was a failure

And if you’ve read this far, you’ll probably like the new “Malouda Test.”
