I couldn’t think I’d fool anybody, even for a few seconds. You must have cringed! Well the personel picture is so interesting in PSG right now, I thought it might be time for a little hoax.
But seriously, when it comes to VD, I have that frustrating feeling of something unachieved and for a while I kept the hope that he would become wise. Things might have been different if he had Lilian and Claude to keep him in line. Although then again, he’s Vikash – not really Mr Smooth as you said.

Doumé, would you believe that I actually believed you? For real? And it was for more like five seconds, too.

But since the whole purpose of bringing these players back is to make things run MORE smoothly, I don’t think we’ll be seeing our Vikash any time soon.

Rothen must be quietly pissed somewhere. I thought he was next in line with the seniority. I could be wrong since I don’t follow them too much but even he will have to acknowledge the arrival of Make.

Though I have to say that I thought awarding Makelele the captaincy was premature. He’s only been there a week and still probably has to rely on nametags when it comes to his teammates.

This is actually a good move by the club. On the surface, it might look like a bunch of old players going there, but PSG’s problem has always been their lack of experience. They’ve always had the quality, but it’s in the rough unpolished form. Last year PSG was a young team and that got them nowhere, so this season it’ll be a nice mix, especially since Pauleta is leaving, with Yepes and Landreau possibly following.

Makelele and Giuly aren’t done yet, and they won’t have to play every game. The only signing I’d question is Saha, unless PSG’s club ~~psychologists~~ doctors are better than the ones in Manchester.

Vikash Dhorasso is coming back, he just passed the physical. Contract duration still TBA.

I think it’s a good move. The other players will catch a thing or two from these old masters. And the ticket sales plus ad revenue will be fantastic. I hope Saha gets also his chance at some play time if he comes.

I’d tune in. I rather see them end their careers on a somewhat more competitive league than MLS. PSG is making the right moves. Ligue 1 will be so much more interesting now.

psg should go after pires, sagnol, anelka and vieira since it’s turning into a retirement home.
