Why do all Italian fans forget that Italy is playing a group stage match against France and there won’t be any penalties to save Italy from shame of playing crap.

Because we all know: Belgium! Woo! Powerhouse!

(P.S. Way to get into the spirit of the photo, J-M. “Gassed up.” Well done.) :-)

Italy have not beaten France in open play since 1978. Amazing how many gloryhunting plastic Italian fans suddenly appeared out of nowhere after the 2006 wc. They don’t know crap about France’s excellent record against Italy (hell, they don’t even know crap about Italian football or football in general). France have beaten Italy in open play and on pens several times while Italy have beaten France only once (on pens) since 1978.
