France to keep the same 11

Several France supporters believe that manager Raymond Domenech is hiding in plain sight: that he will start the same 11 against Romania that started against Columbia.

Ribery Benzema Henry

It’s great that Coupet is finally getting the run he deserves. If Henry is fit, he’ll be great. Benzema is going to take Euro 2008 by storm, according to my reading of the form guide.

The defensive stability will be key. France Supporters still have faith in Thuram.

Makalele has never played at his very best for France in big tournaments; he could do it this time around, and keep France defensively impenetrable.

i think mutu will get romania on the scoresheet somehow. but if france score 3 goals i’ll be wildly happy. malouda will need to create some pressure going forward for that to happen and so far he;s been tentative.

hate to be pedantic but the country is spelled “Colombia” while the university is spelled “Columbia”
