look to the dutch NT and than to the french NT

this crap is really embarrassing. its very dumb to discuss problems in public even if they are right, like gallas and coupet did. henry and domenech are both right but i take henry’s side, even if they both should be on the same side. henry would never ‘attack’, he is an intelligent captain and not so aggresive like captain ballack.

the players are acting as domenech is their adolf-hitler-dictator or something , it’s time for a new coach even if domenech is a little bit right.

henry is talking about old news anyways, even my 6-year old sister already knows what domenech lacks when she was 5

i think toulalan is the player with the most effort and french patroitism in this team, even more than gignac

I agree, I am not a Houllier fan (yeah, I will admit,it goes back to the days when Houllier benched Brad Friedel at Liverpool, and I still don’t forgive him for that). Still, I would like to see Blanc. Another great choice would be Deschamps,but that isn’t happening, or course. He might have wanted to wait another year to take a job, because he could have had this one.

I really hope there’s some truth to the speculation that Houllier or Blanc could replace Raymundo. Either one of those men would be a million times better than what we have now. I think you would see and instant reaction from the players and some attractive attacking football (no more 2 DMs!!!)

And if you are not completing the basic tasks you are responsible for, the boss has a right to criticize you and fire you. That isn’t the case with Domenech. He will just call you up again for the next match.

So replace them with players that do care. Oh wait! With such an important match against Serbia coming up, we don’t have enough French players in our talent pool with international experience to play in such an important match on the road. Whose fault is that? Oh and that “because they don’t feel French” comment. Really? smh.

Jean-Michel, you are right, this is a give-and-take situation. Domenech has had questionable starting 11s since he took over the job. On the other hand, these players need to show some heart.

I totally agree with Michel-Olivier as far as the French comment. I feel that the 1998 France team was “French”. Though it was a lot easier to have that feeling when you are playing all home games.

When I see this team, I see one group of kids and one group of professional players that care more about their club team than their national team. That is why I want to see Vieira come back, you KNOW he would try to win for his country.

Don’t get things twisted. I’m not supporting Domenech by any means with my statement. Sure he’s responsible for all of the things you mentioned. Even if there is little competition for places, I would still expect a level of professionalism from each one of the players. That, in my opinion, is lacking from them. Some of us may not like our bosses but we still have to perform and execute the basic tasks we are responsible for.
