Watching the Game? Leave Comments and Streams

First thing: If you’re catching the game on delay on Setanta, DON’T read the comments. I broke down and forked over my $19.99 to Setanta to watch the game live, so I will be leaving updates there.

And if you have a working illicit stream, please leave that in the comments as well. It looks like there will be multiple options. Myp2p.eu is a good starting point.

I am every bit as nervous as the rest of you. I’m fairly certain France can do this, but… Nothing’s ever certain till it’s certain, is it?

Expected lineup is the same as Saturday, with the exception of Julien Escude stepping in for the injure Eric Abidal in central defense. Which makes me a little nervous. (No own-goals today, okay, Julien?)

Lloris; Sagna, Gallas, Escude, Evra; A. Diarra, L. Diarra; Anelka, Gourcuff, Henry; Gignac

Okay, gents. You can do this.

Allez les bleus!

Actually the more I think about it, the more I like this situation. Let’s watch France get humiliated again alla Euro2008 group stages.

And they say us Italians are dirty! haha. Come June, when you get knocked out of the WC analyst and fans will say “Well, they didn’t deserve to be in South Africa in the first place.”

I feel sorry for Ireland cause they deserved to go through but oh well! thats football.

“Yes, it was a handball, but I’m not the referee,” said Thierry Henry. “I was behind two Irish players, the ball rebounded and hit my hand, I continued to play, the referee didn’t whistle. I can’t say that it wasn’t a handball. Yes, it was a handball.”

The day Ireland outplays anybody will be the day football ends as an entertaining spectacle. LOL!

Why does everyone assume that Ireland goes on to win in the absence of this goal? They very well might have lost in the closing minutes, seconds, or even from the penalty spot. This is not the way we wanted to or even needed to get into the cup but I’ll take it and I won’t be asking for anyone’s approval either. Allez Allez Allez!

Why all the Irish fans and the anti-French concentrating solely on this incident and dismissing all the fantastic chances that the Irish wasted!
With better finishing this match could have been over way before the final whistle and we didn’t have to endure all the cheap shots on this forum and be rid of Domenech once and for all!
Calls even out. Still this won’t be nearly as devastating as losing one of the greatest players of all time to a call that was never detected on the field in a WORLD CUP FINAL. So live with it Irish fans, and have another pint of Guinness.
Allez Les Bleus!

Irish fans need to calm down a little. Please if an Irish player had the same opportunity as Henry, would he have done anything differently??? NO. All you can be sore about is all the missed opportunities you had, and be mad at Lloris, because he was amazing.

Sounds exactly like a fan of the team with someone like Malouda in it. Have you all forgotten his dive in the WC06 final? Typical France.

Riiiight. Because of course no Italian player dived during WC06.

France go through….under controversy no doubt. but in sport you play to the whistle. France does the essential but Ireland were the better team in Paris.

Yah what can I say the plot against the Italian team in Korea, still being debated and haven’t heard the end of it. Imagine when this one’s going to end. Of course Mighty Italy never cheats and always are the superior being in anything. Nice match fixing there guys involving 4 Serie A teams, few years ago.
Now that’s an honest establishment!

iam glad that the whole world saw that henry is a cheat.:he was a great player no doubt but since 2005 he has been cheating, he cheated in the 2006 world cup, his team cheated in the 2006 world cup, they did not score a legal goal in the semis and finals..Now , iam tired of all the jealous world accusing Italians, we were in fact the recepients ..now when we lift the 5th star in 2006, and make the whole world jealous..it will be great..france to be kicked out in the first round
