Getting ready to bow out?

Zinedine Zidane has been telling his website that he has eighteen months ‘at most’ left on his playing career, his Real Madrid contract ends in June 2007.

He goes on to say, ‘I am eager to make the most of my last moments as a footballer and to live these moments to the full. Otherwise, afterwards, I would be left with regrets’.

Sounds to me like Zidane will be fired up for the World Cup and if France do well he may call it a day early.
One things for sure, he has nothing left to prove as a player.
