Preparation is everything

France have a busy schedule of warm up matches immediately prior to the tournament starting. They’ve got Mexico on 27 May, Denmark on 31 May, Saudi Arabia on 1 June and China on 7 June, six days before their opening World Cup game against Switzerland.
Domenech has got the players together for a training camp inTignes for five days starting 22 May and I guess the four warm ups will give every player a runout but I seem to remember France playing quite a few games before Japan/Korea 2002 and they were slow starters when the actual competition kicked off.
Hope they’re not repeating a mistake.
