Should I stay or should I go

Robert Pires’s agent has denied that Pires has agreed a move to Glasgow Rangers after meeting Paul Le Guen in France last week, as some newspaper reports said yesterday.

Arsenal have only offered Pires a one year extension and the weekend stories had Rangers offering two or three years.

Arsene Wenger said, ‘he is at an age where he would like three years. If I was in his place, I would as well. He will get one year.’

Stephane Courbis his agent was qouted as saying ‘Robert has a proposition from Arsenal in his hands and he is thinking about it. For the moment he does not know.’

I think he’ll sign for one more year especially if Thierry Henry can be persuaded to stay.
