I wonder if Raymond Domenech is going to employ a superstition that worked so well for France in 1998, Laurent Blanc’s kissing of Fabien Barthez’s big bald head.

Blanc seemed to really enjoy it but he’s no longer around, so a new kisser-in-chief is needed.
It should be a defender and someone senior, which points to Lilian Thuram who’s a bit of a slaphead himself and known as a team man so I don’t think he’d refuse.

And it seems to be something the fans like doing themselves
