Dhorasoo, Again

Just when you think he’s going to go riding quietly off into the sunset, here he comes again.

Vikash Dhorasoo is in the news this week because there’s a chance he’ll be signing with Ligue 2 team Grenoble in the winter transfer window. Or not.

Grenoble is now hemming and hawing, after earlier saying it was pretty much a done deal.

“The discussions between the player and the GF38 will continue this week. For personal reasons, Vikash Dhorasoo is currently in the region to see relatives in. The two sides have agreed to meet again. GF38 confirms its interest in the player, but give time for reflection to confirm his engagement. The GF38, with strong sporting ambitions, is actively preparing for recruitment in the beginning of 2008.”

Hmmm. Somebody’s getting cold feet. My guess would be Grenoble, but what do I know?

And Vikash Dhorasoo is another who breaks my maternal heart.
