Nicolas Anelka Gets Married

Did anybody else think Nicolas Anelka seemed perhaps a little distracted during Wednesday’s game? He had good reason. It seems our Nico took advantage of the summer break to get married. His new bride? Belgian-born (and rather gorgeous) choreographer Barbara Tausia.

Nicolas and Barbara were officially hitched in a civil ceremony in Paris on Thursday. Afterwards they traveled to Marrakesh, Morocco for the celebration with a party of 300 friends and family, including a number of Anelka’s current and former teammates.
