Trézéguet to Argentina? No, I’m Serious

Whoa. Where did this come from?
According to Sportinglife.com, which got it from the Argentinian paper Ole:
“Juventus striker David Trézéguet has said he would consider a move to Argentinian outfit Boca Juniors – providing the offer came from Diego Maradona.”
Trézéguet said: “If Diego requests me, I am ready to play for Boca Juniors. I was very young when I left the Argentinian football. I’m not considering a return yet, but it would be very nice to play there. The supporters’ passion is unique.”
Of course, there’s probably nothing to this, (I don’t know that I’d make plans for life changes based on a conversation with Maradona), but this actually makes more sense to me than a move to someplace like Lyon. After the year Trézéguet’s had, a fresh start has to sound kind of appealing.
UPDATE: ” Okay, I found the original article. (I knew I could count on the ultimate source for all things Trézéguet, http://david.trezeguet.over-blog.com. (Unfortunately the site is not allowing hotlinks, so you’ll have to cut and paste the address into your browser if you want to see it.) It’s not quite like the melodrama of the article I saw yesterday.
David says he wouldn’t mind staying at Juve if they beef up their forces, he wouldn’t mind going to Barcelona, and the Argentina thing is kind of in the back of his mind. (Maybe kind of an end-of-career, Beckham-to-US thing, or a (ahem) Figo-to-Saudi Arabia thing? Well, okay, maybe not quite, since he actually comes from Argentina and has family there.)
One thing I will say, though, is: Oh. My. Gosh. How adorable is David Trézéguet? (As I have said before, he’s towards the top of the list of Bleus I Would Most Like to Adopt.) The part of the article where he talks about how thrilled and star-struck he was that Maradona knew who he was?
David, sweetie, you’re only one of the most famous Argentinian exports of the last fifteen years. Of course he knew who you were.
LOVE Trézéguet and hope to see him happily settled someplace soon.
