Brazil got to the final of the Copa America (and won it) last summer only because they won a controversial penalty shootout in the semifinal v. Uruguay. And Uruguay were the better team. Disregard the ranking, they're not a pushover. They have very talented players. And they did win the wc twice (once in Brazil in 1950, on a day that we Brazilians call our "national nightmare" -- the shock resulted in the national team completely changing their kit colors from all white to green&yellow). In terms of watching good attacking footballing with flair, Uruguay v. France is just as mouthwatering as France v. Brazil or France v. Argentina.
