Happy Birthday, Julien Escudé and Thierry Henry

So what’s with the dual birthdays? First Zidane and Vieira sharing the big day, and now Julien Escudé and Thierry Henry? Do you think that once Raymond runs a horoscope, he doesn’t want to pay to do it twice? Perhaps the moral of this story is, if you want to play on the France, NT, be sure your birthday corresponds to that of somebody already there.

Julien turns twenty-eight today and celebrated by getting called up for the games next week. Since I really wanted to see him on the list, this is good news. (And why does this man seem to only take photos that don’t do him justice?)

And Thierry Henry turns the big three-oh today. You’re not getting older, Titi, you’re getting better.

Or so we hope.
