I love Eric and I loved his comments! And it's so great to hear someone finally criticize Domenech for his tactics! Actually, the day after the final Laurie, over on the Guardian world cup blog section, there was a good piece pointing out the real reasons why France lost: Domenech's tactics. The writer called Domenech on his cowardice and conservatism. Also, a few players like Cantona have come out defending zidane -- not the headbutt, but just expressing their understanding of him, and why he lost his temper.
