Zizou and the “Crafty Fag”

There is American English, and there is British English. Don’t confuse them. I made the huge mistake of reading this article with my mind set firmly in American English mode, including the following sentence:

“Zidane…was caught on camera having a crafty fag before the World Cup semi-final against Portugal last summer.”

Giggle.

I mean… Oh, wait.

Nothing to see here, folks. They’re talking about a cigarette. Now move along.
