I can talk about USA later, but for France Menez has been really good. Gameiro has not had a touch. Mathieu has been heavily involved. He’s been ok. A packed house, they got to the stadium early, brilliant support, and then they booed the team off the pitch at the half. There was a big roar, partly boos, but a big reaction from the crowd (no time added) at the whistle. They could have been protesting the ref blowing the whistle with France in a dangerous position at 45:18.
